Arugula-Walnut Pesto

ARUGULA-WALNUT PESTO RECIPE

Ingredients:
2 cups Fresh Arugula
2 Garlic Cloves
3/4 cups Whole Walnuts
Juice of ½ Lemon
1 cup Grated Parmesan
½ tsp Kosher Salt
Pinch of Chili Flake
¾  to 1 cup of Olive Oil

(Adjust to preferred texture)

Directions:

Step 1: Coarsely chop the Arugula. Add the minced garlic and chop until mixed. One at a time, add the remaining ingredients, except for the olive oil. Make sure to incorporate each ingredient thoroughly by chopping everything together until the pesto is evenly minced.

Step 2: Gradually add olive oil and stir until incorporated. The finished pesto should come together into a rustic paste. Taste and adjust salt and chili flakes as needed. That's it! Enjoy!
