SHE’S THE WINNER!
Amanda McFadden
There is a saying around Pizzicato: “without you there is no us” — this refers to the amazing people that choose to be a part of our restaurants. One of the best is Amanda, she delivers her unique brand of genuine and caring service atop Sylvan hill. Her personal dedication to our product and the environment has sparked many meaningful discussions surrounding our own sustainability. That’s why she was chosen as Pizzicato’s Employee of the Month. She does us proud and her authentic enthusiasm is a joy to be around. Next time you visit our Sylvan location, congratulate Amanda for a job well done.

MORE GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS
Spread the word… Pizzicato has just added more Gluten-Free menu items. Now EVERYONE can enjoy our amazing pizzas, salads and appetizers. In fact, March’s Pizza Special was created especially for our homemade gluten-free crust. A mix of three Oregon-grown wild mushrooms, Chevre, red and yellow peppers and roasted garlic top this deliciously different pizza crust. It’s so good, many of our gluten tolerant customers order it too. Click here for our latest menu.

PICK UP DINNER AT 11 AM
You’re busy, busy, busy. But you’re organized, right? So plan ahead and order your Pizzicato Pizza “half baked.” Because the best way to eat Pizzicato is right out of the oven… even if it’s your own! You can pick your pizza up any time after 11, then keep it refrigerated until you’re ready to eat. Preheat your oven to 475 and in 4-5 minutes your Pizzicato Pizza is ready and tastes JUST LIKE we made it in the restaurant. P.S. You can order a salad at the same time. We’ll make sure to put the dressing on the side.

PART OF THE PIZZICATO FAMILY
Right off NW 23rd is Sal’s, a favorite little café tucked in the Uptown shopping center. The minute you walk in the door, you know Sal’s is a place to relax and enjoy. The menu is traditionally Italian, with an insistence on seasonal ingredients for our ever-changing specials menu. Sit at the bar or choose a private table in our cozy back room. If you live in the neighborhood, you’ll no doubt see friends and neighbors, celebrating a birthday, or relaxing at the end of a long day. We welcome you to visit. It feels a lot like home, but you can leave without cleaning the kitchen!

YAMHILL MUSHROOM FARMS
Fresh and local this Winter! Our PDX restaurants are now offering Criminis and Portobellos from Yamhill Mushroom Farms. Oregon mushrooms are in season all winter, and we’re making the most of it with our stuffed mushrooms (seen in the picture) – filled with Feta, Provolone, and Parmesan, then baked until browned and bubbling - and Portobello Panini – served on a Lovejoy Bakers’ Ciabatta with pesto mayonnaise, fresh arugula, roasted peppers and melted Provolone. I shouldn’t forget to mention our Wild mushroom pizza featuring both Yamhill mushrooms, shiitakes, roasted peppers, and goat cheese. Yum! Shiitakes, Criminis, Portobellos, Oh My!
