Dry-Cured Sopressata with Fresh Oregano We looked high and low to find a classic Italian Sopressata salumi. Lovingly ground, cased, and cured by Molinari & Sons, this salumi is made with red wine, garlic and paprika. When baked with our house-made tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella, it releases a flavor that’s awe-inspiring. This traditional pie is finished with fresh oregano right off the stem.
New for Spring, this delightful salad features tender baby spinach leaves and delicate hearts of palm. We also toss in sweet grape tomatoes, smoky pine nuts, ripe avocado and thinly sliced red onion. What makes this salad burst with flavor is our new recipe for creamy herb vinaigrette with fresh tarragon and extra virgin olive oil.
